WHILE many operators who regularly carry ISO containers have gone to the trouble and expense of purchasing skeletal and platform trailers with twistlock fittings. there are still too many vehicles seen on the road with containers secured by hand-tied chains, frayed lengths of rope, or in many cases not secured at all.
