Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• York Thermostar has signed a 2250,000 deal with food distributor ADM to supply six tri-axle meat trailers, three of which are for use at the new 16.5m artic limit.

"Although the extra length is unnecessary for hanging meat cargoes, the additional two pallet spaces are attractive to customers who require us to carry fruit and vegetables on our return-load service," says ADM distribution manager Barry Wilson.

ADM specified five rows of alloy meat rails, 200 meat hooks, spare wheel carriers and wheels, pallet racks, air suspension with raise/lower and front axle lift, and a Carrier Euro Phoenix fridge unit, all at under 9,800kg on the road.

ADM is running the trailers with Daf 95 twinsteer units between the UK, France and the Benelux countries.
