"-TN-W hoards of The British Motor Coripotation Ltd. and Pressed Steel Co. Ltd, announce that agreement has been reached in principle for the merger of their two companies. This will be effected by BMC making an offer to acquire the entire issued ordinary share capital of Pressed Steel on the basis of one BMC ordinary share of Ss. for each Pressed Steel ordinary share of Ss.
Assurances have been given by BMC that it intends to maintain the existing goodwill and business relationships of Pressed Steel, New Address: The address of Dry Powder Tankers Ltd. has been changed to Oaklands House. Oaklands Drive,. Sale, Cheshire (Eel: Sale 2236).
