'To remove the need for erecting pre'. fabricated camps in working areas, the Ontario Hydro Commission have put into use a trailer camp, the design of which has been based on the modern night coach.
It is made up of seven trailers, which,. when arranged in a semi-circle, form a
construction camp providing kitchen, sleeping and eating facilities. Twentyeight men can be fully catered for.
The various units are fabricated in light alloys. Each sleeping car is equipped with lower and upper bunks and a small heating unit. Sleeping. facilities are also provided in the foreman's trailer, which is furnished as an office.
All the trailers were built by the McGuinness Trailer Co., of Peterborough, Ontario.
