Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOUR Mercedes-Benz 307D refrigerated vans have entered service with Wincanton Vehicle Rentals for use on short-term hire.

The 3.5 tonne vans are powered by Mercedes 53kW (71 bhp) 2.4 litre diesel engines, and are equipped with glass reinforced plastic Cooltruck integral insulated bodies.

Refrigeration is supplied by a Hubbard 460EL unit which produces a minimum temperature of —15°C and can be operated from a single phase electrical supply.

The 3,050mm by 1,520mm by 1,600mm (120in by 59in by 63in) freezing compartment allows for a 1,400kg (27.5 cwt) payload, and the vehicles can be used either for small deliveries or as a top-up for large fleet operators.

The four vehicles will be based at various Wincanton Vehicle Rental depots, and are part of a major fleet investment programme. Wincanton plans to purchase a further 10 medium refrigerated vans over the next year.
