U.N. ON TRANSPORT POLICY

AT the January, 1954, session of th. United Nations inland transpor committee, there will be submitted . report of the work done by three work ing parties which have been studyin the essential elements of a genera transport policy.

These parties have been dealing wit the problem of bringing about health competition among various modes c transport so operated as to achiev financial equilibrium by means of rate based on costs.
