ANEAT and effective emergency warning system which can be installed simply and cheaply on any vehicle having electric lighting has been announced by Aeon Products Ltd. The unit consists of a small switch which is supplied complete with a wiring harness designed to be installed in the flashing indicator circuit of a vehicle, and a special heavy-duty flasher unit capable of continuously flashing either four or six lamps each having 24W bulbs.
It is claimed that the unit will assist in avoiding serious accidents caused by broken-down vehicles being parked unmarked in dark or misty conditions, and to assist repair crews trying to find a broken-down machine.
