The facts are that in the last 12 months seven members of the executive staff at head office have left. Three members retired on their normal retirement dates and one, prematurely, through ill-health. The others resigned because one decided to emigrate, another wished to pursue an academic career and the third wishes to use her linguistic abilities in Switzerland.
An inquiry at this office would have enabled you to publish a report devoid of unjustified innuendoes. E. W. RUSSELL, Secretary, RHA.
