facilities of companies controlled by the Leyland Motor Corporation have been integrated by changes in the managements of Leyland-Albion (Africa) Ltd. and J. H. Plane Africa Ltd. The latter company is a subsidiary of A.C.V. Ltd.
Mr. C. M. Plane and Mr. W. K. Cunliffe have been made joint managing directors of J. H. Plane; Mr. Plane being responsible for the agencies handled by the company, whilst Mr. Cunliffe who was director and general manager of Leyland-Albion (Africa) is now respon
sible for companies based at Denver, Johannesburg including A.E.C. (S.A.) Ltd. and the Trailer Manufacturing Co.
Mr. I. L. Blackwood Murray, managing director of Leyland-Albion (Africa) becomes deputy chairman of J. H. Plane Africa Ltd. and Mr. J. H. Plane, the chairman of that company, is now deputy chairman of Leyland-Albion (Africa) Ltd. •
The selling organizations of the two companies concerned will continue on a separate and competitive basis.
