AT Dunstable Division Court on Tuesday, Heanor Coal and Haulage Co., Ltd., Hands Road, Heanor, Derbys, were fined the maximum of £50 for operating outside a 25-mile radius.
The company were said by a police superintendent to have had 47 previous convictions, 22 of which wore of an identical nature.
