A TWO-VEHICLE haulage firm which had delayed prohi, bitions put on both its vehicles has had a one-month suspension of its 0 licence confirmed by the Transport Tribunal last week.
R. Baxter Transport (Stamford) Ltd had had the prohibitions imposed as a result of failing to act on promises to comply with intentions in its application for an 0 licence. The company's managin director was warned after previous curtailment of the ( licence what would happen i he received an indifferen report on his vehicles.
The Tribunal, under thei president Mr G. G. Squib.' decided that there were a, grounds to say that th suspension of the licence wa excessive and dismissed th appeal.
