• A total of 465,720 commercial vehicles was produced in the UK in 1969, of which 192,778 were exported. Comparable figures for 1968 were 409,186 and 149,855. The export figure was a record.
Of the exported vehicles in 1969, 9,380 were p.s.v.—an increase of 2,500 on the previous year.
