Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING the introduction of the Morris forward-control 11-tonner with the angled-door cab, described in The Commercial Motor dated April 22, the Austin Motor Co., Ltd., state that their version of this vehicle is now in production. It replaces the 301 model and is known as the 8200 to distinguish it from the established 2-ton vehicle which is now designated the T200. The initial letters indicate single and twin rear tyres, this being the major difference between the two vehicles. The S200 is offered with the B.M.C. 2.2-litre petrol or oil engines, the petrol unit now being uprated to develop 61 b.h.p. and 111 lb.-ft. torque. With the standard 10-ft. 4-in.-long drop-sided body, the petrol-engined lorry weighs 1 ton 15 cwt. and the oil-engined vehicle 1 ton 154 cwt. Both versions have a permissible maximum gross weight of 31 tons.
