BR1TA1N'S city traffic crisis will be probed by experts from six nations at an international symposium called "Urban Survival and Traffic" to be held in Newcastle upon Tyne from April 10 to 14.
Co-sponsored by the Roads Campaign Council and the Departments of Architecture, Town and Country Planning, and Civil Engineering, King's College, University of Durham, the aim of the symposium is to reconcile the interests of architects, town planners and engineers as a basis for a combined attack on the traffic problem.
