rumour some weeks there has been a • umour current • that Fleetways. Ltd., had sold out to a combine company, but The Commercial Motor has been unable to confirm it. The Lincolnshire Road Car Co., Ltd., Lincoln, has now applied to the East Midland Traffic Commissioners for the transfer of the Fleetways licences in respect of daily express services from •Cleethorpes to London and of excUrsiciias and tours from Cleethoipes.
The LincohiShire concern has also , applied• for the transfer of the licence " of the Express Safety Coach CO., Ltd., for a dailyexpress service from Cleethorpes to London during the Stu:artier.
