THREE trucks from the B Series make up the ERF display in Scotland. Two of the trucks are tractive units which share the same transmission specification of Fuller ninespeed gearboxes and Kirkstall rear axles. The power units are different, however. One utilises an eight-cylinder Gardner 8LXB while the other uses Cummins power—the NHC 250. The wheelbase of the tractive units is 3.0m (9ft 10in). 10in).. The third vehicle is a threeaxle tipper powered by a 6LXB Gardner engine with David Brown six-speed gearbox and Kirkstall double-drive rear axles. This is the first public show appearance for the BSeries six-wheeler.

All the B-Series models feature the new cab design Which employs hot-pressmoulded glassfibre panels over a welded steel frame.
