WHAT will probably be the largest trailer in the world is to be built isi Sweden for operation by the Royal

vedish Hydro-electric Power Board. It will be used for transporting transformers with a gross weight of approximately 200 tons. The trailer will have two 32-wheeled bogies.

Air-pressure braking, steering and tyre-inflation equipment has been ordered from Clayton Dewandre Co.. Ltd., Lincoln. On each bogie a small petrol engine is to be installed to drive the compressor, brake actuation being by means of 2-in. hydraulic cylinders in each drum.
