NDER the Monopolies and Restrictive Practices (Inquiry and Control) , 1948, suggestions have been made the Board of Trade that restrictive ingements apply in the supply of ides and accessories and petrol. tepresentations are made to the trd when such arrangements, usually limiting supplies to new entrants or discriminatory use of margins and aunts, are alleged to impair cornition in distribution.
3milar practices have been alleged impair competition in manufacturing on rings. Other suggestions have ived from allegations about the ,ply of tyres and lubricants.
