Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

" j DO not think you should anticipate

1 completely new dawn for road transport as a result of the change of Government. In my opinion we can expect a continuance of attacks on our freedom and that being so, it is vital that all those who operate their own vehicles should not relax their vigilance."

Mr. R. E. G. Brown, secretary of the London and Home Counties Area of the Traders' Road Transport Association, gave this warning at a meeting in Chatham, last week. "There has been no real attempt to make this adaptation," Mr. Brown declared.
