GRIMSBY-BASED Humber McVeigh Transport Ltd has taken over Walter Epton and Sons Ltd, of Punchbowl Lane, Boston, Lincs, and has offered jobs to the 16 employees. The directors, Mr Marshall Epton and his two brothers, John and Albert, will remain with the firm and the present depot will continue in use.
Mr T. Bowler will be the Boston manager under the Grimsby company's area manager, Mr John Spence.
