Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

On January 25 this year, a delivery driver, having finished a delivery to the London Tara Hotel, was grabbed by two men as he was getting back into his van. They told him they were going to take over the vehicle and demanded the keys. The driver refused to hand them over and the men forced them from him after a brutal attack..

At this point the vehicle's alarm went off and the driver was dragged into the back of a waiting van where his attackers continued to hit and kick him.

The driver refused to tell his attackers how to stop the alarm and, as they were unable to drive the vehicle away or open the rear door to remove the goods, they drove off in their own vehicle empty-handed, but with the delivery driver still in the back. Some 20 minutes later, he was dumped beside a canal in North West London. He was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
