• Tibbett and Britten, the hanging garment and distribution specialist, has been successfully sold on the Stock Exchange.
The management-owned company (CM, July 5) has sold all 9.14 million of the 5p shares it was offering for 120p each. Indeed, the offer was oversubscribed 12.4 times.
Preferential applications were received and accepted from 117 members of management and staff for 267,700 shares.
