A SELF-EMPLOYED Montrose haulage contractor has been warned by Sheriff Bogie at Stonchaven Sheriff Court that if he is caught speeding in his lorry again then he will be disqualified.
Grant Davidson, who admitted four previous convictions, admitted speeding in his lorry on the StonehavenLaurencekirk road by travel ling at 60 mph when the limit was 50 mph.
An agent said 1)avidson and his partner would have to Cold up their business affecting four other drivers if he was disqualified from driving.
Sheriff Bogie fined him 000 and said he did so only because of the hardship others might face.
