He says that by fixing supports (see drawing) to the front wings of all current models of Albion cabs, damage to the cab bottoms is eliminated where the wings are bolted. Comments Handyman:. These wings do break free — this is usually caused by them being used as a step up to cab or body. 1 find it necessary to: Stiffen them with extra tread plates; a stay 'as shown would help.
