THE Transport Holding Company on Friday
announced that it had acquired the shareholding in Shamrock and Rambler Motor Coaches Ltd. and Charlie's Cars (Bournemouth) Ltd., of Bournemouth. The two undertakings will be managed on behalf of THC by the Tilling Association Limited, and the board of the two Companies is as follows:—T. W. H. Galley (chairman), D. S. Deacon (deputy chairman), D. W. Morison (managing director) and T. G. Pruett. The secretary is D. G. Finley.
The two companies together operate a fleet of some 45 coaches employed on tours and excursions, contract and private hire work in the Bournemouth and Southampton areas.
