Mr. John Farr (Harborough) has nipped in with a proposed new clause to cover poisonous, explosive and other " dangerous " Toads. Mr. Farr wants regulations to govern the maximum speeds of vehicles used for such loads, their construction, and various instructions to be issued, covering action to be taken in any situation of public danger. The new clause would also make it an offence to leave a vehicle containing a poisonous, explosive or dangerous load unattended in a public place.
