AC.M.U.A. Road Transport Research Fellowship, value up to £1,000, to enable a British subject over 30 years of age engaged in road transport in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to examine and report on road transport abroad is one of the Institute of Transport Scholarships offered in 1963.
Also offered for award are the following: the Henry Spurrier Memorial Scholarship, value up to £500 to facilitate travel, research or study concerned with road transport; the Sir William Chamberlain Memorial Scholarship, value up to £400, to facilitate travel, research or study concerned with road transport by a person engaged or intending to be engaged in road transport in the counties of Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumberland and Westmorland.
