PROBLEMS in the design of braking 1 systems will be dealt with by Mt. F. A. Stepney Acres, assistant to the chief engineer of Vauxhall Motors, Ltd., in a paper to be read before the Institution of Automobile Engineers on November 5. The meeting will be held at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Storey's Gate. London, S.W.I, at 5.30 p.m.
