VEHICLES propelling snowploughs, V and aerodrome fire tenders, have been exempted from certain requirements relating to the minimum height of front lamps from the ground. This isthe main effect of amendments made to the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations, 1959, which come into operation on
November 24.
Regulations relating to the maximum height from the ground of rear lights and reflectors on certain combat vehicles, supplied by manufacturers before January this year, are also modified.
