The Congress will also receive a resolution objecting to the probable terms of compensation to be paid to shareholders in nationalized industries. The National Union of Railwaymen, which is said to have 430,000 members, foresees that a severe burden will be placed on the industries if high interest charges have to be met on " overgenerous " payments in compensation.
