ALL Yorkshire operators of commercial vehicles, both haulage contractors and ancillary users, are invited to a mass meeting which will be held in Leeds next Sunday, November 23, when the Government's road 'haulage Scheme will be explained and discussed. The meeting, convened by the-Northeastern Division of the C.M.U.A., will take placeat the Queen's Hotel; at 2..30 pm. Major F. S. Eastwood, North-eastern, Transport Commissioner, Will preside.
Councillor Charles HoldsWorth, chairman of the C.M.U.A.'s Northeastern Division, who is a member of the Road Haulage (Operations) Advisory Committee, will speak on the scheme and answer any questions concerning it,
