A Manchester enthusiast in the cause of road transport has received au important letter from a previons Parlia.mentary Secretary at a certain Ministry, who was a candidate at the recent General Election for a division near the city named. It says, inter alia, " I think I can guarantee that there will be no legislation further reStricting the operators of road transport."
