VOYAGE National, the new Dperating and marketing company set up by National Bus Company in France (see p18), will be run there by Tony Davies.
Mr Davies, formerly operating superintendent for National Travel East at Sheffield, has been appointed general manager of the company, which has been set up in partnership with a French travel operator.
As well as having 21 years' experience in coaching Mr Davies is a fluent French speaker. He will be based at Lille in northern France.
• Ian Morgan has been appointed traffic manager for Trent Motor Traction, based at Derby, In succession to Bill Gunning, who is now traffic manager for London Country Bus Services. Mr Morgan is at present deputy traffic manager for Ribble Motor Services at Preston. He joined the industry in 1972 as an NBC senior management trainee with Eastern National,
II Alan Stephenson is now general manager, East Yorkshire Motor Services, succeeding Stuart Senior, who is now general manager of United Automobile of Darlington. Mr Stephenson has been company secretary since 1978 of West Yorkshire Road Car.
