• F. J. Cavanagh of Walthamston whose application for 80 vehicles and trailers has been adjourned on two previo occasions (CM, January 15) was granted licence for 10 vehicles and 10 trailers by ti Metropolitan LA this week.
The application had been amended to : vehicles and 25 trailers and evidence w given in court that premises would be reai within a month. An instruction was mai by the LA. Mr D. I. R. Muir, that t licence be granted for one year and t question of extra vehicles could then raised.
