APLAN for a flyover at Hammersmith is to be considered by London County Council next Tuesday. About half a mile of road will be carried 16 ft. 6 in. above ground, linking the new Cromwell Road extension with Great Church Lane and passing over Hammersmith Bridge Road. Electric heating will be installed in the approach ramps to prevent icing.
