The Conference of Merseyside Road Transport Organizations, which is composed of delegates from the Liverpool Cart and Motor Owners' Association, the A.R.O. and the C.M.U.A., has taken in hand the organization of groups under the road-transport defence plans. Already many completed index forms have been returned. The secretaries of the three associations will 1332 arrange the vehicles so registered into definite groups within the defined sub-areas.
