AN 18-in, scale model of the Churchill tank has been presented to the Royal United Service Institution's maseum at Whitehall by Vauxhall Motors, Ltd. The model was made shortly after the war as a souvenir of the Churchill's contribution to the Allied victory. The development of the Churchill by Vauxhall Motors was regarded as a major war-time production feat. Between 1941 and 1944, a total of 5,640 Churchills were produced by Vauxhall Motors and the 10 firms associated with the company in the project.
