• Some of the benefits of long-term leasing without commitment to more than a year's initial lease are claimed for a new leasing plan — "Plus 2" —just announced by Crane Western Finance Ltd.
The plan provides for one-year leasing, but with the option of continuing at reduced rates for ensuing years or returning the equipment to Crane Western with a one-year DoE test certificate as a guarantee against vehicles and trailers being returned stripped of components.
Under the new scheme £1000-worth of semi-trailer can be obtained for £45 per month in the first year, reducing to £19 a month in the second year, and even less in ensuing years.
Equipment offered under the scheme will be new and painted in the customer's own livery.
