Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Easilay, a waterproof floor screed for workshops and garages has a compressive strength of 70N/mm2 (twice that of comcrete) and is resistant to petrol, oil, grease and a wide range of acids and corrosive chemicals.

The product, from SBD Contruction Products, is a compound of epoxy resins, hardener and graded aggregates and is aid to be five times as durable as granolithic screeds. It can be applied to new or existing concrete, using standard screeding tools and equipment (see photo) and withstands foot traffic and vehicles 48 hours after application.

Four colours, grey, red, beige and green, are offered. In development, in an area where heavy tools were repeatedly dropped, only localised, superficial damage occurred.
