A WORKERS' bonus scheme is to be tried by Glasgow Transport Department in a section of the workshops. Negotiations are proceeding with trade unions and employees. The elimination of overtime has reduced the earnings of some employees and a number has left for other work. In the traffic section, 3,660 employees left last year. Many services are being maintained by working overtime.
