MORE A.E.C. SALES IN AUSTRALIA: Orders for 56 goods and passenger chassis were placed through A.E.C. (Australia) Pty., last week. The contract includes 12 Mandators, popular in Australia both as prime movers and rigid load carriers. Also available in both forms is the medium-weight Monarch, 20 of which have been ordered, together with 10 Marshall six-wheeled goods chassis and 14 Reliance bus and coach
chassis. All the vehicles will be supplied c.k.d. for assembly in Australia.
ANOTHER DOZEN: Taskers of Andover (1932) Ltd. has received a repeat for 12 I2-ton flat platform semi-trailers for Use on the sugar estates of Mauritius. The order, placed through agents Doger de Speville and Co. Ltd,. of Port Louis. will bring the total of Taskers trailers on the estates to 64.
SCOTS TRANSPORT FOR ENGLISH MILK: Albion Motors Ltd. has received a repeat order from the Milk Marketing Board, Thames Ditton, Surrey, for 18 Clydesdale 9-ton chassis to be equipped with 1,750gallon milk-carrying tanks.
LEOPARDS FOR SCOTLAND: Cotters Motor Tours of Buchanan Street, Glasgow, and McDowalls Luxury Coaches of Ren field Street. Glasgow. have each ordered two 36-ft.-long Leyland Leopard PSU33 coach chassis.
30-FT. LEOPARDS FOR STRATFORD BLUE: Two 30-ft.-long Leyland Leopard coach chassis have been ordered by Stratfordupon-Avon Blue Motors.
A.E.C. GOODS VEHICLES FOR BENELUX COUNTRIES: A.E.C. Ltd. has received orders totalling 20 vehicles for service in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. From A.E.C. Continental SA., of Antwerp, is a contract for 12 Mandator and four Mammoth Major sixand four-wheeled models. Stockvis and Zonen. A.E.C. distributor in Rotterdam, has called for four Mandator goods chassis, which will be the first heavyweight, forward-control models delivered to this company.
