TT is tragic that in 1960 overseas operators should have cause to 'complain of the after-sales service provided by well-established British commercial vehicle manufacturers. Vehicles are frequently abused by unskilled drivers in the lesser-developed countries, but that fact is known in advance to makers who market their products there and must be accepted by them. It is, indeed, the best possible reason why service should be impeccable.
