Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN addition to the Scammell range of semi-trailers with fifth-wheel coupling has been announced. The new model is a drop-frame design with a load capacity of 8 tons. Overall length is 24 ft., the lower deck being 16 ft. long. A 3-ft. by 2-ft. loading well, 2 ft_ from the ground, is incorporated at the extreme rear and the model is said to be particularly suitable for mounting van bodywork.

Scammell has also announced that a steel wearing disc has been introduced to replace the fibre type previously used on all M.H. automatic-coupling gears on semi-trailers over 3-ton capacity.
