TRANSPORT SECRETARY N man Fowler has announced th he has laid before Parliame the remaining provisions of t Transport Act 1980.
These regulations will all the introduction of psv operat licencing, and annual vehi inspections pay operat licensing is due to come in effect on April 1.
Other regulations introclucE raise the price of road servii licences from £9 to E12 for licences and from £4.50 to £6 fl short-term licences granted ui der section 8 of the Act.
The fee for a psv drivir licence has been increased frol £1.50 to £2.50 in line with if increase in the duration of licence from three to five years
