BEFORE the war Mansfields, Ltd., operated a management and staff liaison scheme, under which monthly meetings were held of a committee consisting of -directors and departmental heads. -The object was to discuss matters-concerning the efficient running of the organization:
This arrangement has now been resumed, and a meeting was recently held at which service managers from the company's depots at Eastbourne, Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Hayward'.4 Heath and Worthing expressed their views on the problem of giving the hest service to Bedford and Vauxhall owners. Many suggestions were adopted.
