objection to an application by Killingbeck (Transport), Ltd., Blackburn, at Preston on Monday, after the applicants had expressed their intention of amending the conditions. The case was part heard.
Mr. J. Backhouse, for the company, pointed out that originally they had wanted to add two new articulated vehicles to their A licence, and delete two smaller units from their B licence. However, they now wanted one vehicle only on the A licence with its wide normal user, and wished to abandon the remainder of the application.
A director of Killingbeck (Transport), Ltd., Mr. R. Killingbeck, stated that ihe two units should remain on the B licence and could continue with local work in and around Blackburn.
