NATIONAL BUS Company subsidiary Eastern Counties has announced that it is getting tough with passengers who do not pay their fares.
In the past passengers unable to pay have been carried, name and address taken, and they have been asked to pay later.
But because of the cost of recovering these fares, from March 30 such passengers will simply not be allowed to travel.
