IT is suggested by the Standing Joint Committee that any member of an association whose business is suffering because of the insufficiency of the petrol ration allowed for service motorcars should, where their use is essential to maintain the efficiency of his business, communicate with his association. Some operators have been relying upon reserves, and are likely to suffer considerable inconvenience when these are exhausted.
