been bought by Transport Development Group through the medium of Europa Transport Ontwikkelings Maatschappij ETOM N.V. of Rotterdam, the subsidiary which T.D.G. owns in association with Thomsen's Verenigde 13edriiven N.V.
The three companies acquired are W. van Amerongen NV., of Barneveld, who are road hauliers with a fleet of 17 vehicles, including tankers and refrigerated equipment, engaged on general haulage in the Netherlands; Gebr. van den Bus Transporten N.V., of Naaldwick, who are also hauliers a,nd have a fleet with a total carrying capacity of 260 tons employed on scheduled services to Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin and the Ruhr, transporting fruit, vegetables and general goods; and Ribro International Transport N.V. of Rotterdam, who are freight agents' providing groupage services to and from the destinations served by Gebr. van den Bos and in the area around Rotterdam.
All the companies will continue under their existing managements.
