STRONG representations were made at the annual conference of the Royal Sanitary Associaticm for Scotland against delay in introducing regulations to enforce hygiene in the
transport and handling of food. A resolution was passed in which the opinion was expressed that any regulations should be enforceable and not take the form of an advisory code of practice.
